Frequently asked questions
How do I add the pomodoro timer to Notion?
Type /embed in your Notion page, paste the copied widget link, and resize the block. The timer is interactive right inside Notion.
Can I change the work and break lengths?
Yes. Set any work and break durations in the configurator — the classic 25/5 is the default. Work can be 1–120 minutes and break 1–60 minutes.
Does the timer auto-start the next session?
Optionally. Enable auto-start in the configurator and the timer flows work → break → work automatically. Otherwise it pauses between phases.
Will my timer survive a page refresh?
A refresh resets the timer to its initial state. Keep Notion open during focus sessions for continuous timing.
