2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing vectmint.com and using our SVG generation tools, digital assets, and license services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2.2 Service Description

VectMint provides online SVG decoration generators, icon tools, cover design tools, and related digital assets for note-taking and digital template creation. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2.3 User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our tools or assets
  • Bypass export limits, license restrictions, or access controls
  • Use our tools or assets to create illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content
  • Resell, redistribute, or share our original source files (SVG, PNG, fonts, CSS) to third parties without an authorized PLR license
  • Use our service to send spam, launch attacks, or disrupt site functionality
  • Impersonate another person or falsely claim ownership of our assets

2.4 Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the exclusive property of VectMint and is protected by copyright law.

  • Free personal use does not transfer any ownership rights.
  • Purchasing a commercial license grants you limited usage rights only; full copyright remains with VectMint.

Commercial license rights are defined separately in our Commercial License Agreement.

2.5 Refund Policy

  • All sales are final once access to licensed tools or downloadable files has been granted.
  • Refunds are only issued if the product is materially defective and cannot be resolved through support. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • No refunds are provided for change of mind, unused licenses, or compatibility issues.

2.6 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific business purpose.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential loss of revenue, profits, or data.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use licensed assets and for complying with platform rules on Etsy, Gumroad, or other marketplaces.

2.7 Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We may terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.

2.8 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

2.9 Disputes

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved on an individual basis, without class action. For consumers residing in the EU/EEA or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, such local laws shall apply where they cannot be excluded by contract.

2.10 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
