1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing vectmint.com and using our free image and SVG tools and embeddable widgets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Service Description

VectMint provides free, browser-based tools for working with images and SVG — image converters, compressors and resizers, plus SVG generators, icon and cover design tools, and embeddable widgets for note-taking pages and digital templates. The tools run locally in your browser and are provided free of charge and supported by advertising. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of our tools or widgets
• Copy, clone, repackage, or make available our application, source code, or base templates as a competing tool or asset library
• Bypass access controls or technical limits of the service
• Use our tools to create illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content
• Use our service to send spam, launch attacks, or disrupt site functionality
• Impersonate another person or falsely claim ownership of the VectMint application or brand

These restrictions apply to the VectMint application and its source code only — they never limit the files you personally generate and export.

4. Intellectual Property & Your Exports

The VectMint application, its source code, base templates, designs, and branding are the exclusive property of VectMint and are protected by copyright law.

• Nothing on this site transfers ownership of the VectMint application, source code, base templates, or brand to you.
• You own every file you generate and export with the tools, and you may use it freely in personal and commercial projects — including templates, products, and client work you sell — with no attribution and no license fee.
• You retain full ownership of the specific parameter combinations and content you create with the tools.
• Existing rights and usage terms for assets generated before any future update remain governed by the version of these Terms in effect at the time of generation.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific business purpose.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential loss of revenue, profits, or data.
• You are solely responsible for how you use generated files and for complying with platform rules on Notion, Etsy, Gumroad, or other marketplaces.

6. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We may terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Disputes

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved on an individual basis, without class action. For consumers residing in the EU/EEA or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, such local laws shall apply where they cannot be excluded by contract.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
