Nothing on this site transfers ownership of these tools and designs to you. See our Terms of Service for how generated assets may be used.

Asset Originality

All decorative assets, icons, and design templates on VectMint are originally designed by our team. Where AI generation tools are used in the creative process, all outputs undergo substantial manual refinement and restructuring to ensure full originality and copyright eligibility.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use generated assets and for ensuring your end products comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules. VectMint is not liable for copyright claims or penalties arising from your unauthorized use of the assets.

DMCA / Copyright Infringement

If you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA-compliant notice to [email protected] with:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. The exact URL where the allegedly infringing material is located
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
6. Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid, compliant notices within 10 business days. Incomplete or frivolous notices may not receive a response.

If your content was removed or disabled as a result of such a notice, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. It must include the removed material's location, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your physical or electronic signature. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to permanently revoke access to our services for users who repeatedly infringe copyright or violate our terms.
