Frequently asked questions

How do I add a habit tracker to Notion?

Type /embed in your Notion page, paste the copied widget link, and resize the block. Tap today's cell to check in — it fills in instantly.

Can I undo a check-in?

Yes. Tapping today's cell again flips it back. Only today's cell is interactive — past days are a fixed history.

How is the streak calculated?

The streak counts consecutive checked days ending at today (or yesterday, if you have not checked in yet today). It updates as soon as you tap.

Whose time zone decides 'today'?

Each viewer's local date defines today. Everyone sees the same history, but the highlighted 'today' cell follows the viewer's clock.

How far back does the grid show?

Pick 7, 14, 21 or 30 days in the configurator. Older days are kept in storage — only the visible window rolls forward.
