Commercial License Agreement

This agreement defines the usage rights granted to you upon purchasing a commercial license from VectMint. All licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual for the version of assets available at the time of purchase. Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain exclusively with VectMint.

This license is part of our overall Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Service.

3.1 License Tiers

Tier 1: Personal Use (Free)

Permitted:

  • Use generated SVG, PNG, and CSS assets for personal notes, personal Notion/Obsidian workspaces, and non-commercial projects
  • Modify colors, sizes, and parameters for personal use

Prohibited:

  • Use assets in any product offered for sale or commercial distribution
  • Share, redistribute, or resell original source files
  • Use assets in client work or team projects

Tier 2: Single Store Perpetual Commercial License

Permitted:

  • Use generated assets in one (1) digital template store (Etsy, Gumroad, your own website, etc.)
  • Embed assets into Notion templates, Obsidian themes, planners, and other digital end products for sale
  • Modify colors, dimensions, and styling to match your brand
  • Sell unlimited end products incorporating our assets; no per-unit sales cap

Prohibited:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our original SVG/PNG/CSS source files as standalone assets
  • Use our assets to create a competing generator tool or asset pack
  • Claim our designs as your original work
  • Use assets in offensive, illegal, or harmful content
  • Use the same license across multiple stores or team members

Tier 3: Multi-Store Perpetual Studio License

Permitted (includes all Tier 2 rights):

  • Use across up to 5 stores operated by your team or business
  • Use by up to 5 team members within your organization
  • Use in client work and custom template projects

Prohibited:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our original source files as standalone assets
  • Use our assets to create a competing generator tool or asset pack
  • Share the license with third parties outside your organization
  • Use assets in offensive, illegal, or harmful content

3.2 Attribution

Attribution is not required for any license tier.

3.3 PLR / Resale License

A separate PLR (Private Label Rights) license is required if you wish to package our assets into your own asset packs and resell them as standalone digital products.

PLR licenses are custom-priced based on use case and distribution scope. Contact us for details.

3.4 Updates & Future Tools

Your license covers all tools and assets available at the time of purchase. We may add new tools and styles over time; inclusion of future releases in existing licenses is at our sole discretion.

3.5 Enforcement

If you violate the terms of this license, we reserve the right to revoke your license permanently, without refund, and pursue appropriate legal remedies for copyright infringement.

3.6 Warranty & Refund

Licensed assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Refund requests follow our standard Terms of Service and must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
